{media number=1 align=left}{/media} Would you like to spend the day in bed with Grapevine pastor Ed Young? Well now you can. Sort of. On Friday, Young is relocating his mattress to the roof of his Grapevine megachurch, where he will spend the day cuddling with Lisa, his wife of 26 years.

“It’s time to bring the bed back in church and God back in the bed,”the Fellowship Church pastor says in a video promoting the event. “It’s going to be absolutely thrilling!”

But, before you think you’ve stumbled onto a free, live sex show, think again. No actual sex is planned, according to the Huffington Post . But, there will be pillowtalk. “We’ll do more than sleep—we’ll talk and do a bunch of things,” Young says in the video.

The stunt, which will be livestreamed on the Internet beginning at 6 a.m. Friday, is part of the couple’s promotion for their latest book, Sexperiment: Seven Days to Lasting Intimacy with Your Spouse. (Young seems to have inflated expectations for his book—there is a tab on its promotional website allowing people to order it in bulk.)

If this is all starting to sound familiar, it’s because it is. Back in 2009, Young received a Bum Steer award from Texas Monthly for lugging a king-size bed into church and preaching that married couples should try having sex every day for a week because “sex is like Super Glue.”

The book seems to have been in the works since the original seven-day “sexperiment” in 2008. “We want to turn whining into whoopi!” Young told Dallas-Fort Worth’s NBC 5 News at that time. “We want married people to see their bedroom for what it is - a magnet of stability, something that draws them away from the dangerous pull of lust that derails so many couples.”

And a bed is not the only strange thing he’s brought onto stage. In February, he preached alongside a new Ferrari. “God gave me a Ferrari because I am a Ferrari. You’re a Ferrari too. God has given you a Ferrari,” Young said, according to Audrey Barrick of the Christian Post . And that was the second luxury vehicle he drove onto stage in as many months (the other was a Rolls Royce).

At Complex, Julian Kimble jokes that you could learn from worse than Young. “He  is the son of a preacher, and the church does have an $8.4 million jet , so he must know what he’s doing. Right?” (Ed Young, Sr. is the pastor of Houston’s Second Baptist Church.)
