On Tuesday an estimated six to thirteen tornadoes hit the Dallas-Fort Worth area, touching down in Arlington, Kennedale and the especially hard-hit towns of Forney and Lancaster (pictured above). Hundreds of flights were canceled at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (as were around 45 at Love Field), and both Twitter and cable news were dominated by dramatic, and in some cases, devastating, images.
