(Selection of cheeses served with French bread and quince marmalade)
8 1/2-ounce portions of 8 kinds of cheese *
1 dried fig
1 small branch seedless red grapes
1 tablespoon pecan halves
3 slices pear
1 ounce quince marmalade
1 teaspoon honey
6 slices French bread from a 4-inch baguette
Arrange cheeses on a wood olive cheese board (but any board is fine). Spoon honey on the side, add garnishes, marmalade and nuts. Serve with French bread or crackers.
* I recommend using 3 cow’s milk, 2 blue cheeses, 2 goat’s milk and 1 sheep’s milk.
