Travaasa, an Austin-area resort & spa with a focus on sustainability, partnered with Houston-area charity Urban Harvest to host a multi-course farm-to-table dinner. The menu featured curated dishes by well-known chefs from both Houston and Austin, fostering culinary exchange while emphasizing the importance of healthy, sustainable ingredients. Wine and beer pairings were also included with each course. All proceeds from the ticketed event were donated to Urban Harvest, a volunteer-headed Houston-area charity that promotes healthy communities, sound nutrition, and respect for the environment through education and cultivating harvest and habitat gardens.
