3 cups Meyer lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons maple sugar
Mix the Meyer lemon juice and sugar together in a pitcher and place into the freezer until completely chilled but not frozen. Reserve ice cold for serving.
Place 12 tall shot glasses into a freezer until completely chilled. Once chilled, dip the top of each shot glass into the maple sugar to coat the rim of each glass. Carefully pour the cold Meyer Lemonade into the glasses and serve immediately.
