Garlic Soup

Oranges Grand Marnier

4 oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise and membranes removed
1/4 to 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
2 to 3 Tbsp slivered almonds
3 to 4 Tbsp chopped fresh mint

Toss the orange slices with the mint and Grand Marnier in a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour. Before serving, toss again with the almonds and, if you wish, more fresh mint.
