The Texas Book Festival hosted an author announcement, poster unveiling, and literary salon featuring James Magnuson on July 23 in The W Austin Residences, at the gorgeous home of Nona Niland. Eight of the 2014 festival headlining authors were announced and the festival poster image was unveiled. The festival poster is by acclaimed photographer Dan Winters, and the first eight authors are Martin Amis, Lidia Bastianich, Edan Lepucki, Ziggy Marley, Hector Tobar, Valerie Plame Wilson, Lawrence Wright, and Tiphanie Yanique. Event sponsors included Nona Niland, Pierre and Isabelle Fay of Starling Eyewear, and Austin Cocktails.
