SurveyUSA’s monthly tracking poll for April shows a slight increase in both the approval and disapproval ratings for President Bush in Texas, while Kay Bailey Hutchison, John Cornyn, and Rick Perry remained steady.
President Bush: 41% favorable, 57% unfavorable, a one-point increase on both sides of the equation since last month (40-56).
Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison: 59% favorable, 32% unfavorable. No change.
Senator John Cornyn: 47% favorable, 39% unfavorable. No change.
Governor Rick Perry: 44% favorable, 50% unfavorable. No change. All I can say is that SurveyUSA must not be polling in the Capitol.
