In the season finale of Top Chef, Casey Thompson, of Shinsei in Dallas, had a minor meltdown and started putting fish eggs on everything. Now that’s exactly why I don’t keep any fish eggs in the kitchen in the first place.

Worst thing about seeing Casey lose was that it would have been nice to see Gail Simmons, the frosty judge who doesn’t seem to like the women competitors very much, squirm when the crown when to a girl.
