I’m not going to dispute that the Central Texas Ring o’ Smoke that includes Cooper’s, Kreuz’s, City Market, Smitty’s, Louie Mueller’s, Crosstown et al. is iconic, but what about the rest of the state?
I’m partial to Stacy’s in Jacksonville for their near laquered, peppery pork ribs, but had no clue that there are lamb ribs in Hallettsville. Who’s got something smoking?
