It’s time for a social distancing party. Country star Garth Brooks is putting on a show this month without ever having to leave his home. On Saturday, June 27, he will broadcast a special live concert at Coyote Drive-In in Fort Worth.
The concert, filmed exclusively for this event, will be the largest ever one-night show to play at outdoor theaters.
Since coming out of retirement in 2014, Brooks has released three new albums, with a fourth, titled Fun, planned for release sometime in 2020 or 2021.
Tickets for the show will cost $100 per standard passenger car or truck, with up to six people per vehicle; RVs and limousines will not be permitted.
Parking will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, and, like all of Brooks’ concerts, the show is expected to be full.
Concert goers may bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit in front of their vehicles but we are asking everyone to maintain social distance and to wear masks when not inside their vehicles. There is a beautiful view of downtown Fort Worth behind the stage where the artists will be performing.
Social distancing and COVID-19 community health guidelines are enforced. All food, beverage and restroom operations are in place to ensure a safe and entertaining day of music for music fans who have been anxiously awaiting the opportunity to once again enjoy music.
Tickets for the concert will go on sale at 10 am Friday, June 19 at Ticketmaster.com/garthbrooks.
