Joey Alexander Trio

February 17, 2017 — Houston

Born on the island of Bali, the 13-year-old jazz prodigy Joey Alexander is now wowing audiences all over the world with his true and distinctive jazz style. Discovered by Wynton Marsalis, Joey Alexander has performed as a part of his trio at Jazz at the Lincoln Center, the Jazz Foundation of America at the Apollo, on CBS News’ “60 Minutes,” and the 2016 Grammy Awards, where he made history as one of the youngest nominees and performers ever. He’s proven himself a true jazz professional, far beyond his 13 years.
