The Texas Optimism Project proudly presents a series of charity rides with SoulCycle.
The Texas Optimism Project is a sponsored initiative between Texas Monthly and Frost Bank. The project aims to inspire optimism through stories of extraordinary Texans and build community through pop up events. Pay it forward and sign up for a ride hosted in Austin, Dallas, and Houston. 100% of all proceeds will be donated to a local charity or non-profit:
- Austin: Austin Pets Alive; to promote and provide the resources, education and programs needed to eliminate the killing of companion animals.
- Dallas: Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center (DCAC); a center to improve the lives of abused children in Dallas County and to provide national leadership on child abuse issues.
- Houston: The Houston Arts Alliance; the city’s local arts and culture agency.
Support a cause and book a bike! We promise a ride full of great music, cheery dispositions, and surprises (hint hint).

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
It is okay, just make sure to shoot an email over to [email protected] and let us know of the name change.
Can I choose my bike?
The “Seat” number correlates to the bike in the studio. Ignore the section/row information.
What about water/shoes?
SoulCycle has you covered! They are providing these for the class—thanks SoulCycle!
I am a first time rider, anything I should know?
You’ll need to create a SoulCycle account prior to the event. Please try to arrive 30 minutes early to sign waiver.
