Brisket Brunch 2017

Texas Monthly’s 2nd annual Brisket Brunch was an overwhelming success! Featuring an original menu by renowned Pitmaster, Leonard Botello IV and Executive Chef, Jacob Weaver. Hosted at Juliet Italian Kitchen in Austin, this intimate brunch showcased barbecue brunch offerings that provided guests with a unique culinary collaboration. Dripping Springs Vodka, Barritt’s Ginger Beer, Lone Star Beer, and live music kicked off the weekend at Brisket Brunch!
