Take a deep dive into meat science by Texas Monthly BBQ editor Daniel Vaughn and accredited educators from Texas A&M’s Meat Sciences Department. A fun and interactive class that will teach you the basics about barbecuing straight from the experts, including the science behind why you use certain cuts and grades of meat. Included in the class will be a full BBQ lunch with drinks!
