‘Cue Course 2017

Hardcore barbecue fans gathered for ‘Cue Course to gain hands-on experience by the BBQ exports. Texas Monthly partnered with 44 Farms and Texas A&M University’s Animal Science Department to present the first annual ‘Cue Course workshop that dove deep into the secrets of meat science. Hosted at Terry Black’s BBQ in Austin, the event featured a loaded BBQ menu and private tours of onsite smokers.
