Say aloha to summer with TRACE’s second annual Clam Jam event featuring Hawaiian-infused dishes from lemongrass steamed clams and assorted shellfish to ginger & star anise braised pork belly. In addition to passed bites like Tuna poke and East Coast oysters, the seafood feast will feature a cold ceviche station with octopus ceviche, snapper crudo, chilled steamed shellfish in lemongrass, lomi-lomi salmon, heart of palm and thai herb salad, as well as a hot Hawaiian station with dishes like spam fried rice, pineapple and benne glazed pork ribs, teriyaki chicken lollipops, togirashi spiced plantain chips and grilled gulf oysters.
