Well, Captain Lee Roy opened a restaurant. Given his expertise with fish, it’s no surprise that his seafood tacos are super. The fish tacos are, ahem, stuffed to the gills with flaky meat, but our all-time favorite is an old standard—grilled shrimp with the traditional shredded cabbage and pico, wrapped in fresh corn tortillas.
