New Mexican Martini
- 2 oz. Green chile-infused El Jimador Blanco tequila
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. Fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz. Sugar water
Pour tequila and Cointreau into an ice-filled shaker and top with lime juice and sugar water. Shake vigorously. Serve in a martini glass rimmed with salt, a lime wedge and two jalapeño-stuffed olives.
