Working in the Audio Visual industry for close to 16 years, Chris Pearson noticed that most Audio Visual companies were plagued with lack of focus on their most valuable assets, their own people. These practices tended to drive
away employees and create too many new faces for clients. It became Chris’s passion to understand why businesses spent more time on product information instead of learning their own clients and people. This inspired Service Tech to focus more on how clients will “Work, Live & Play” in their space. Understanding the client’s activities helps us design superior AV systems that make sense and match ease of operation. For the Texas Monthly Star Home, we installed a very simple, and user friendly system utilizing SONOS for audio.
