The inspiration for this special “Life on the Edge” issue was the astonishing pictures taken by Jay B. Sauceda from his plane. To get these shots, the Austin-based pilot-photographer traveled the perimeter of Texas between July 21 and July 26, 2015. Here’s a numerical breakdown of his journey.
