Whether you’re met with blue summer skies or with an array of Christmas lights, there’s a joyful energy that greets you at the front gates of Magnolia at the Silos. Since breaking new ground in 2020, Chip and Joanna Gaines have expanded the grounds to offer even more experiences for travelers and locals alike.

When you walk through the new entrance on 8th street, the first thing you’ll see is The Old Church—one of Waco’s oldest structures—restored to serve as a historical anchor to the Silos grounds. Then you can explore the Shops at the Silos, six boutique-style shops curated by Jo with a specific style and theme in mind, offering a wide variety of unique goods. For something a little more active, Katy Ballpark offers a concession stand and a WIFFLE ball field where you can play with family and friends, or cheer from the stands.

After you’ve stopped by our corner coffee shop, there are still plenty of places to shop— from home and lifestyle products at Magnolia Market to fully designed and furnished room scenes at Magnolia Home. Keep your day going with a visit to the food trucks, the bakery, and a blooming garden, and you will discover that there truly is something for everyone here.

Feel the Christmas Spirit at the Silos!

Join Magnolia for a month of merry at the Silos! With fun events planned and daily surprises that keep you in the Christmas spirit (hint: let it snow), there are lots of activities to help you and your family delight in the holiday season together in Waco from November 26-December 23.

Not only is Magnolia setting up a sky-high Christmas tree and decking the grounds in twinkling lights, they’re also extending their shopping hours on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the holidays so you can enjoy every minute of merry. Sip hot chocolate and revel in the magic of the season while you find the perfect gift.

The Clauses are also paying a visit to the Silos! Find a seat in the pews of The Old Church and gather around to hear Mrs. Claus read classic Christmas tales. Then bring your cameras over to the fireplace on the Magnolia Press patio where Santa will be there to take pictures and hear your wish list.
