Air-Fried Crispy Chicken with Popped Grapes

Cook Time: 15 minutes
1¼ lb. chicken thighs
4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided use for both chicken and grapes
1 cup whole green or red grapes
½ tsp. chili powder
- In a bowl, season chicken with salt and pepper liberally on both sides, add half of the olive oil, and toss everything together. Place chicken into air fryer.
- In a new bowl, add grapes, a pinch of salt and pepper, remaining olive oil, and chili powder. Toss to combine and add to chicken.
- Set air fryer to 400°F for 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Season to taste as needed. Serve over rice if desired.
