Sugar and Spice Monkey Bread

1/2 cup(s) sugar

1/4 Tsp kosher salt

1 Tsp cinnamon

1/2 Tsp ground cardamom

1 Tbsp unsalted butter

1 Tsp honey

1 Tsp vanilla extract

16 Oz jumbo butter flavored biscuits, quartered


  1. In a medium bowl whisk together sugar, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom until well blended. Melt butter in a microwave safe dish for 10-20 seconds and combine with the honey and vanilla; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl place quartered biscuits and sugar mixture and toss until all pieces are coated well. Spray 2.5 quart pan with non-stick cooking spray and place biscuit pieces in an even layer in pan.
  3. Bake at 300ºF for 30 minutes. Remove pan and drizzle with honey butter mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes at 350ºF. Remove and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
