This little libation highlights the sweet maple notes of Garrison Brothers Bourbon, tempered by the playful bite of Aperol.

 

RECIPE

  • 1 oz Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Nonino Amaro
  • 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3 Maraschino Cherries

Add ice and all ingredients to a shaking tin and shake vigorously or until outside of tin has become frosted (minimum of 20 seconds). Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with cherries.

Cocktail lovers new to bourbon will love this spin on an old fashioned, made sweeter with the addition of citrus, plum and cocoa notes from the Grand Marnier and Carpano Antica Vermouth.

 

RECIPE

  • 1.5  oz Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
  • .75 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
  • .75 oz Grand Marnier
  • 2 Dashes of Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
  • Black Cherry & Orange Peel 

Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and shake vigorously. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with black cherry and an orange peel.

 

Mint to Tea

As easy to drink as it is to make, this light concoction is the perfect lazy afternoon sipper. 

 

RECIPE

  • 1.5  oz Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
  • .5 oz Sweet Tea Syrup
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • 5 Mint Leaves

Muddle mint leaves, sweet tea syrup and bourbon in a collins glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and top with club soda.
