Come Christmastime, cozy is the name of the game around these parts. Unfortunately, the fickle Texas winter can make snuggling up with a warm cup of cocoa or a hot toddy a bit unappealing. Enter cinnamon. This warm, versatile spice brings depth and complexity to whatever it’s paired with, regardless of how it’s served. Both of these recipes are served cold, but the addition of cinnamon and Garrison Brothers Bourbon—known for its warming notes of honey, baked apple meat, and caramel—will leave you feeling snug and cozy, weather be damned. So grab a blanket, crank up that A/C, and start sipping.
