PB&J burger? You got it. Chef George opened this place about a year ago as both a cafe and a support kitchen for his three roaming Hill Country food trucks. The result is a tucked-away “boutique/gourmet grocery/artisan” spot. Take that burger, for instance. It consists of quality Black Angus beef, bacon, creamy peanut butter, and Concord grape jelly. Weirdly, it’s delicious. Other popular items include eggrolls in around-the-world flavors, from classic Reuben to chicken pad thai. The order-at-the-counter space also features crafts from local vendors, paintings, and a limited offering of gourmet goods.
