A second visit to this Gage-owned joint, housed in a former filling station, seemed in order, given our previous less than stellar experience. Things have improved. Our pork ribs were amazingly tender, with good peppery seasoning, and the pulled pork had a perfect touch of sweetness. The cafeteria line is short, and past that is a diminutive bar and seating area. The youngish staff greets you as you enter and salutes you out the door.
