This bright turquoise building just off Bandera Road has offered only drive-through service this past year, but that hasn’t kept the kitchen from turning out piled-high dishes of Tex-Mex, all of it prepared to order. That means margaritas with just-squeezed lime juice, house-made tortillas, fresh guacamole, and more. Try this: nachos with just about everything possible. Freshly fried tortilla chips are the foundation, with everything else piled on top in a heavenly meltdown—sour cream, jalapeño, guacamole, chicken or picadillo, and lots of gooey yellow cheese.
