People tend to love curry or find its appeal baffling. The former go to this Southern Indian spot for the real deal. If you like the hot stuff, you’re on your own. We stayed on the mild side, first trying the tikka masala with succulent shrimp; even though the portion was generous, we finished every savory, mellow drop. We also ordered the kurma with chicken, a mild curry with ground spices and coconut milk, served with puffy naan. We’d call it the ultimate in comfort food.
