Located inside the renovated DoubleTree by Hilton, this farm-to-fork eatery is exemplary in style as well as menu. Crispy brussels sprouts came in a grand combo of goat cheese, Granny Smith apples, and a balsamic glaze, and they will completely change your mind about this misunderstood vegetable. Shrimp and grits get an upgrade too, with the addition of cheddar and Gouda and a side of roasted-corn maque choux. There are plenty of other temptations, including a bison filet, sea bass tricked out with almonds and Spanish chorizo, and a smoked brisket burger. But save room for the bread pudding.
