The creek that runs through town usually gets ignored, unless it floods. A new restaurant at this location embraces the waterway in name and with a delightful dining patio. From the chalkboard menu, we started with a bright orange roasted cauliflower soup, then went for a chicken salad sandwich. Chunks of breast meat bathed in a sauce reminiscent of tzatziki arrived on a small tray alongside thick-cut fries and tart house-made pickles. The decision to forgo dessert was upended by trays of delectable cookies at the checkout.
