Vandelay Hospitality’s newest concept is tailor-made for the tony Park Cities: clubby decor, straightforward takes on American food, potent martinis from a curvy bar, fifties music on the playlist. The layout is spacious but not designed for large groups; booths accommodate no more than four, and you can bet there’s nowhere to park a stroller. Good choices from the menu include the Harry Caray Special, a pepperoni pizza drizzled with aji verde (a spicy Peruvian sauce) and dotted with pickled jalapeños; a big, juicy cheeseburger with onion marmalade; and either the blackened redfish or honey pepper salmon.
