Dak & Bop
If you haven’t given Korean fried chicken a whirl, treat yourself to a satisfying helping here at Dak & Bop, just east of the museums on Binz. There are other items on the menu—the corn on the cob is a standout—but the focus is squarely on the dak (chicken), in a dizzying array of wing, strip, and drumstick combinations and sauce options. Those less daring should stay with the medium-spicy soy garlic. Otherwise, brace yourself and go for the full-heat soy garlic or the sriracha-honey-lime sauce; both have the fire of Kim Jong-un but are far easier on the eyes. The huge pile of Parmesan-truffle fries with spicy mayo will help you while away the 30-minute wait for your dak.
