These sleek and bustling counter-service operations emphasize local ingredients and dish out perennial favorites like the quinoa-stuffed avocado with leafy greens dressed in terrific lemon vinaigrette. Shrimp tacos are another winner, enlivened with a Sriracha aioli, cabbage slaw, black beans, and salsa. We visited the well-designed Memorial location, with its high ceilings and natural light, but we do recommend dining on the patio if you’re looking for quiet.
