Dining Guide

Located on the first floor of the newly opened Hotel Indigo, this hip spot is the brainchild of local restaurateurs John Geske and John Bauer. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the vibrant downtown scene indoors while the interior boasts industrial features like sleek furniture and naked ductwork. Locally sourced ingredients provide the basis for such treats as perfectly steamed mussels in a spicy broth dotted with bits of chorizo and creamy crab enchiladas, rolled and sauced just so. Steaks, originating from Bakka Ranch, in nearby New Mexico, are grilled to a juicy, flavorful finish. Consistently exceptional service is also a plus.
