Peking duck and dumplings are the stars at this stylishly outfitted restaurant in a strip center near Allen Parkway. We happily slurped up the delicate made-to-order chicken soup dumplings and nibbled on savory little packages of steamed shrimp and pork shumai (ask for the ginger dipping sauce). Glossy, crispy-skinned Peking duck (half or whole) is served with a bamboo steamer of paper-thin crepes and garnishes of plum sauce, julienned cucumber, scallions, and sesame seeds (roasted duck is available à la carte as a lettuce wrap if you prefer fewer carbs and more crunch).
