They’ve done it! A plant-based burger so close to beef your kids won’t know the difference and you won’t care. Order this to go: The basic Earth Burger is large, “meaty,” satisfying, and can even be made gluten free. Waffle fries are the expected; we’d love to see a more interesting fry, but these hit the spot. For a traditional veggie burger, try the roasted quinoa patty; grainy and chewy-textured, it’s not trying to be beef, but it’s really good, with garlic, lentils, and a hint of cumin.
