This new addition to Uptown Park has a color-popping hippie vibe along with quick counter service and a patio fashioned with flower boxes, striped umbrellas, and a large flower mural. The scrumptious tomato toast paved with goat cheese and pistachio pesto primed us for the healthy goodness to come. Plan to split the generous bowls of salad: kale with grapefruit, almonds, white cheddar, and lemony vinaigrette was a hands-down favorite. A simple bowl of sautéed spinach with chile flakes and garlic was the ideal base for our protein addition of grilled beef tenderloin. Craving something exotic? Try the Thai cashew quinoa, bountiful with crisp sautéed vegetables and spiced with jalapeños and Thai basil.
