Can we talk about one dessert first, though? The almond torta is exquisite, with just the slightest crunch of crust embracing a not-too-sweet moist interior. But man cannot live by sweets alone, so definitely try the meaty grilled octopus, and whatever you do, don’t skip the lasagna, five wafer-thin layers of pasta enriched by both bolognese and béchamel.
