You won’t find animal heads on the walls of this former gas station. The only nod to the West is likely to be C&W music videos playing over the bar. A laid-back and accommodating staff will fix you up with something from said bar if you like, and the wine selection isn’t bad. The menu features pages of delicious-sounding items; come with a crowd if you can, so you can taste a range of dishes, from heavenly artichoke dip to green chile mac and cheese to rosemary chicken ravioli. Be sure to read the salads section, even if you want to cut straight to the pies—they have one with edible orchids! But move on to the more Italian dishes you probably will. We especially enjoy the Meatza Deluxe, which is topped with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon—what could be better?
