Tucked into an unassuming spot in a strip mall, Herradurras (Horseshoes) nevertheless stands out in an area lousy with Tex-Mex restaurants. Truly, the guacamole is to die for, and we loved the shrimp quesadillas, the sautéed shrimp melding with pineapple pico de gallo and a hint of chipotle sauce in melted jack cheese. The grilled tilapia came seasoned with cilantro, garlic, and lemon. If you pass on the flan (take it easy on the chips), you will hate yourself.
