The art of throwing noodles is alive and well in Richardson. This spare, family-friendly spot offers hundreds of combinations of noodle dishes, with beef, pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. We tried the Imperial beef noodle soup; the rich broth boasted a generous amount of tender beef, bok choy, and succulent, elastic noodles. Pan-fried handmade dumplings (we ordered a combination of pork, beef, and chicken) were bite size, pop-in-your-mouth wonders, light brown and crispy on the outside and tender and chewy inside.
