This popular Westside cafe captured our curry-loving hearts. It’s a big space with basic decor, but the warm hospitality and well-executed menu elevate it. We felt the love and care in our starters: delicate steamed vegetable gyoza and nicely plated chicken satay with petite bowls of peanut sauce and a Thai cucumber salad. Both delicious! Spicy shrimp salad, easily shareable, featured fresh romaine, wedges of tomato, and shredded carrots with six plump shrimp. Two entrées also satisfied: one a generous plate of tender, red-chile-spiced beef with green beans; the other a steaming bowl of mildly spicy yellow curry chock-full of tender chicken and slurpy egg noodles and crowned with crispy-fried noodles. We may have enjoyed the next day’s leftovers even more.
