The former food truck now has a small brick-and-mortar outlet in Kern Place, and the ramen lovers are already lining up. Local art adorns the walls, and each bowl of Japanese noodles and broth—from the traditional tonkotsu to the Ramon, with a chile colorado base—is a work of art itself. Expect to wait, but you won’t mind too much, because the service is wonderful, and it is exciting to find ramen this good in El Paso.
