At La Finca, Sunday brunch is every day, mimosas are bottomless, and eggs hatch up tasty and filling offerings. We’ll take the OMG Croque Madame (no, really, that’s the name), fat with ham, shallots, and white cheddar and layered with green apple, egg, and tater tots, natch. Something less decadent? How about thin crepes stuffed with cajeta or fresh slivers of chilled mango, all dressed up in sweet whipped cream. Or try cheeky chilaquiles toluqueños, heavy with chicken and adorned with a fresh, vinegary chorizo salsa and knobs of queso fresco (seldom-seen black beans come on the side).
