Humble Linda’s Cafe, a local favorite for many years, has just upped its game significantly by moving to a location that is newer and much easier to get to. Which is good news for the rest of us, because it means it’s also easier to stop in for some silog, garlicky fried rice and egg with your choice of meat, or haluhalo, shaved ice mixed with evaporated milk and various sweet fruits. Our favorite dish, though, continues to be the pancit; we love the rice noodles with sautéed veggies.
