Magnolia serves good sandwiches, salads, and the like, but, frankly, why bother? This is the place to indulge in breakfast anytime, with piled-high plates of eggs, bacon, and sausage, pancakes and waffles, and, if you are truly up for an adventure, one of the globally inspired eggs Benedict or stacked egg dishes with hash, meats, and cheese. Or maybe the decadent house special apfelpfannkuchen, a puffed pancake piled high with sugary fruit layers and whipped cream. You will no doubt have to wait (they do have a mobile app wait list), but the big porches and shady oaks outside make even that a pleasant part of the meal. And once seated in one of the insistently kelly-green-and-white dining rooms, service is efficient and cheery.
