To the delight of her many fans, Monica Cobb has graduated from a food truck to a brick-and-mortar establishment. The Banh Mon sandwich (her riff on the banh mi) is still her signature dish, fresh baked bread graced with locally sourced proteins along with pickled daikon, cucumbers, chopped jalapeño, and slaw. We’re crazy about the shrimp version, its sweet heat coming from a red curry–honey glaze. There are now soups, salads, and a daily special as well.
