Let’s be honest: Nick Badovinus has the Midas touch. This new location, in Addison, is already doing land-office business. Slices of sourdough baguette slices slathered with pimento cheese, thinly sliced smoked ham, and accents of arugula were perfect for sharing. And we were happy to have the opportunity to sample the butcher’s burger, with caramelized onions and two cheddars on a sesame bun and a special sauce on the side in which to dip the exemplary fries. There’s no better warm chocolate cake à la mode in town.
