This longtime favorite for pizza has expanded to the next-door space, creating an inviting new room for a leisurely dinner with good friends. Our oblong Roman-style pie was made to our specifications, its über-thin crust topped on one half with house-made mozzarella, tomato sauce, capicola, and jalapeños and on the other half with prosciutto and arugula. Among pastas, we loved the bucatini with amatriciana sauce, enriched with guanciale, dried chiles, herbs, and Italian sausage. The dreamy burrata salad pleased with a pesto-crowned orb of cheese and an accompaniment of baby greens, Roma and grape tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette. Gilding the lily, Nutella mousse made a fabulous dessert. A bonus is the inspired wine list, and all choices are half-off on Tuesday.
